Are you drinking your water???

Did you Know:
-The body is 80% water
-We need to drink at least 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water
-Water removes harmful toxins from the body
- Dehydration SLOWS down the body's metabolism
-Lack of water causes daytime fatigue
-Water plays a role in almost every bodily function
-A lot of people mistake hunger for thirst

Make sure you are drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day or 1/2 your body weight in ounces (diet or other drinks don't count!)

TONI, THIS IS JARED... I ONLY LOST 1 LB IN TWO WEEKS. DON'T WORRY CAUSE YOU ARE DOING WEIGHTS TOO AT THE GYM. YOU MAY HAVE NOT LOST WEIGHT CAUSE YOUR MUSCLES ARE GETTING STRONGER, AND, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THEN FAT. BUT, MORE MUSCLE BURNS MORE CALORIES. YOU DEFINITELY CAN LOOSE INCHES ON YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND HARDLY NOTICE THE WEIGHT LOSS ON THE SCALE.
