Great Website!
Hi everyone, it sounds like you all are doing good so far! I have to admit, I am not because I went to El Paso yesterday and ate ice cream (and not just one bowl either!) I guess I will have to count that my cheat day. But I am back on track and committed to keep with the program. Meredith gave me a GREAT wesite for healthy recipes. If you don't like one of the recipes or dinner ideas, go to www.lifescript.com and they have TONS of recipes listed and it also tells the calorie content so you can stay within your calorie range for the meal you are eating. Keep up the work and keep posting your progress, it makes us all more motivated!

I made up a good recipe that we really liked. Don't know the calorie count but it's healthy!1/3 cup shake and bake for chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 14 1/2 oz. can italian diced tomatoes. 2c.zucchini or yellow squash sliced; 1 yellow pepper cut in chunks, 1 onion cut in chunks. Put tomatoes and veggies in greased 13x9 in baking dish. Mix together a little bit. Put shake and bake in plastic bag; put chicken breast in one at a time and coat. Place on top of veggies. Sprinkle w/ 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Bake @ 375 for 35 min. Serve over whole wheat rigatoni pasta. Mom
