
For the 8 week challenge you must choose a cardio exercise you like and do it 3-5 times per week. The KEY is choosing one that you like. Don't pick running if you hate to run. If you like to ride a bike choose that. If you like to power walk choose that. If you jog you should jog for around 30 minutes or about 3 miles. If you walk you should walk 45-60 minutes briskly around 3 miles too. Other ideas would be swimming, biking, roller blading, be creative.! Make sure to stretch and warm up to prevent injuries! If i do cardio 5 times a week, can i cut down on the time? Which cardio will make me burn the MOST calories? Because thats what i want! I don't care if i hate it... i will do whatever is the fastest and best way. I need to drop 10 lbs pronto!
Running at a good pace 5 days a week for 20 minutes would be fine. No less though.

I was wondering what is an achievable goal for 8 weeks. I have about 15 lbs to loose but I wouldn't be disappointed to loose 20 but I don't think that is possible in 8 weeks or is it?
Terra- healthy weight loss is considered 1-2 pounds per week max. So, it would be considered healthy to do 16 pounds in 8 weeks, but it is hard and you have to be very committed to it. Calorie cosumption is key, stick to 1400 calories. You could also keep with the program for another 4 weeks to get the rest off. Good luck!
