How come i didn't lose 5 lbs? I've only lost 1. Ugh i hate this.
Toni, I only lost 5 cause I'm really fat, and I had a lot of water weight. Next week I'll probably gain 7!
Toni, I didn't lose any, so 1 pound sounds great to me. I need to be more of stickler to the diet.
You guys are on the ball! I would join your body challenge, but I just don't have the motivation right now due to serious lacks of sleep. But I am rooting for you all and hoping you'll burn a few calories for me while you're at it! ;-)
Way to go everyone! I lost 2 pounds last week. Maybe it would've been 5 if I was a better dieter. I just have such a hard time not eating whatever I want. I think I have some kind of psychological problem with dieting.
I think toni and terra...that you are young and really active so it's probably harder to lose a lot-you don't have a lot to lose. I'm an old lady that wasn't as active- so since I cut down on calories and started exercising- I probably lost a lot of water weight. Just think of what Meghan said- 1-2 pounds a wk is what you shoot for so you both did great!
